Your exiting new service Click To Call is a way for your customers to get hold of you more easily. They simply click the Click To Call button, enter there number and the system call you and when you or your company representative answers it calls the customers number and you are directly in contact with your client.

A customer already searched for your products or services and went onto your website to find out more. They already wanted to communicate with you so the closing of the sale is almost as good as done. All that's left is for you to close the deal.

How It Works

When a Client is on your website and want to get in contact with you , and you have the ClickToCall button on your website, they can push the button that will ash them for there number.

1. Does the web visitor pay for the call?

No. The call costs are carried by the website owner. The website visitor will only receive a free incoming call.

2. Will the call button work on any website?

Yes. The code for the call button needs to be inserted into the code of your webpage to appear.

3. How long does it take to dial a web visitor?

Call setup time takes between 3 and 5 seconds.

4. Do I have to do anything when my phone rings?

After answering the phone, a voice prompt will tell you to press 1 to accept the call and 2 to reject the call. If no key press is detected, the voice prompt will say goodbye and hang up.

5. Is there a set up or monthly fee?

There are no set up or monthly fees. You simply pay for what you use with our pre paid system.

6. Do I lose my prepaid after the end of the month?

No, all left over values are carried over from month to month.

7. How will I know who called me?

At the time of activation you will be asked if you want a sms and or E-mail to be sent to you. This sms and or E-mail contains the number of the website visitor and the duration of the call. If you missed a call, an E-mail and or SMS will be sent with the information of the website visitor so you can call them back. This is not an automatic feature and needs to be selected when setting up your company. SMS is a chargeable service.

8. Is there a minimum deposit?

Yes. Deposits need to be R100 or more. We recommend R200 as this will ensure you have enough call time.

9. Can I have multiple buttons on a page?

Yes. Each button will have to be created separately and the code needs to be inserted in to your website code. All buttons on a web page run from the same top up. Credit is not transferable between companies.

10. What about office hours?

When setting up your button, you can select the office hours and days of the week that you will be available. You also have an option of selecting to be contactable after hours and supply a different number for the after hours calls.

11. What happens to after hours calls?

If a website visitor clicks after hours, he will receive a prompt that states the company is currently closed and that he should try again within business hours. However, if the after hours option is selected the call will be made as usual.

12. When do I start paying for a call?

A call is charged from the first second that the website visitor answers the call. If a voicemail answers it is deemed as a valid call as a connection was established.

13. Can I leave a voicemail?

Unfortunately you cannot leave a voicemail. However, the website owner will receive an E-mail or SMS notifying him of a call that was missed, enabling him to phone the website visitor back.
